We have stock of the majority of our models and numbers. Shoes made-to-order may take up to 2 weeks to be handcrafted. Customized shoes vary depending on the changes.
Shipping:
We offer traceable free shipping to many countries in Europe, and competitive shipping fees for other locations!
Our shipping service is quite fast, but if you require express delivery, it can be arranged. In those cases, shipping expenses will not be free for any location. Some countries may apply taxes upon delivery; these will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping & Processing Timings:
1-2 business days (Portugal & Spain)
4-8 business days (Other European countries)
5-10 business days (Rest of the World)
Processing time is 1 to 2 days.
Customs checks may affect delivery speed in some countries.
Returns & Exchanges:
You have 15 days, after reception, to return or exchange items. Shipping costs associated with sending items to us is the responsibility of the buyer. When exchanging, we will send you the new items free of charge.
Returns will only be accepted if items arrive in perfect condition with no sign of use. We recommend trying the shoes over a rough, carpet or piece of paper.
